Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic business transformation initiatives across Financial Services, focusing on customer strategy, operating model design, digital enablement, customer experience, lean process improvement, and organisational design.
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI, leveraging data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions to optimise processes and enhance customer experience.
- Partner with clients to shape business objectives, analyse pain points, and translate them into actionable strategies and functional requirements. Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture process flows and user stories.
- Solve complex business challenges using design thinking, combining logical reasoning and creative approaches to deliver impactful solutions.
- Manage stakeholders and build trusted relationships, collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment and achieve project objectives.
- Deliver actionable insights through data visualisation and technology implementation, enabling informed decision-making and measurable outcomes.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to influence senior stakeholders.
- Organise and prioritise effectively, ensuring high-quality deliverables within tight deadlines.
Skills and Attributes Required to Apply for this role:
- Degree-qualified professional with proven experience in business transformation; prior involvement in large-scale change programmes is highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years’ track record in delivering complex change initiatives within Financial Services.
- Expertise across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and design through to implementation and delivery.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, rapidly diagnosing business challenges and shaping practical, innovative solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and resilience, with the capability to overcome barriers and establish credibility quickly.
- High personal impact and influencing skills, able to secure stakeholder buy-in for major decisions and transformation initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, including experience presenting to senior executives and crafting clear, persuasive narratives.
