Client Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transformation programs and provide strategic advisory to clients on complex business challenges, ensuring delivery of measurable outcomes aligned with strategic objectives.
- Own senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor, influencing C-suite stakeholders and positioning EY as a strategic partner.
- Drive thought leadership and innovation, overseeing the development of robust business cases and shaping forward-thinking solutions.
- Apply deep expertise in business transformation disciplines, including strategy, operating model design, customer experience, lean process improvement, organisational design, and digital enablement.
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities, leveraging EY’s service offerings to expand client engagement and deliver value across multiple domains.
- Utilise advanced methodologies—structured problem-solving, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement—to enhance client profitability and performance.
- Oversee projects across the full lifecycle, from business case development through execution and close-out, managing budgets, timelines, and risk.
- Manage and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, capability development, and delivery excellence.
- Facilitate workshops, governance sessions, and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into actionable requirements and transformation roadmaps.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring influence at senior levels and alignment across stakeholders.
- Diagnose problems and generate innovative solutions, driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and people.
- Collaborate effectively with EY engagement teams and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 8–10+ years’ proven experience delivering large-scale transformation programs within Financial Services or consulting environments.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, developed through prior consulting roles or senior positions in financial services or technology organisations.
- Outstanding communication and influencing ability, with a strong track record of presenting complex ideas to senior client stakeholders and driving strategic decisions.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Financial Services to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
- Ability to establish credibility rapidly, demonstrating professionalism, subject matter expertise, and trusted advisor qualities.
