Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage or support the delivery of regulatory reporting, finance transformation and data-led change engagements for financial services clients. 
  • Understand EY’s service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.  
  • Develop and maintain long term client relationships and networks including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs 
  • Support business development through proposals, client presentations, market insights and development of EY propositions 
  • Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance. 
  • Manage and lead diverse teams, supporting performance, development and inclusivity.  
  • Adapt your management style to fit team, client, and their cultural needs.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Experience in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes i.e. BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing 
  • 5 years in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes 
  • Experience managing teams or workstreams in consulting, financial services or a large, regulated organisation. 
  • Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies and operating models and ability to bridge the language of both business and IT delivery. 
  • Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry 
  • Strong communication skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders. 
  • Experience of delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects.
