Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complexworkstreams in transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of client-facing engagements across strategy, operations transformation, digital transformation, and customer experience.
- Own client relationships and influence senior stakeholders, driving alignment, decision-making, and measurable business outcomes.
- Oversee projects across the full lifecycle, from business case development through execution and close-out, managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Supervise, coach, and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery excellence.
- Apply structured problem-solving and advanced methodologies—including business analysis, analytics, design thinking, and lean process improvement—to deliver performance improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, governance sessions, and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into actionable requirements and transformation roadmaps.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring clarity and collaboration across EY teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrate measurable impact through previous transformation engagements, leveraging lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Build trusted client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor and ensuring confidence in delivery.
- Bring an energetic, enthusiastic, and curious approach to client service, proactively solving complex problems, taking initiative, and always looking ahead to anticipate client needs and opportunities
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 6-8 years’ proven track record delivering large-scale, complex, transformation programs within consulting engagements and the Financial Services industry with a strong focus on solving complex, diverse, and analytical challenges.
- Deep understanding of variety of business operations, demonstrated through successful delivery of projects in areas such as strategy, operating model design, lean process improvement, and both waterfall and agile transformation methodologies.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, developed through prior consulting roles or experience within financial services or technology organisations.
- Ability to establish credibility rapidly, highlighting professionalism and subject matter expertise to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proven leadership capability, including coaching and mentoring team members and guiding activities across multiple workstreams.
- Outstanding communication skills, with experience presenting complex ideas to senior executives and driving consensus.
- Strong awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Financial Services to optimise processes and enhance customer experience.
