FS Business Consulting – Finance & Risk Regulatory Reporting – Manager – Dublin

Key Responsibilities
- Manage or support engagements with our clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients.
- Understand EY’s service offerings and actively support in identifying opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services.
- Develop and maintain long term client relationships and networks including the development of relationships with team members across all EY practices to serve client needs
- Assist on business development opportunities and support proposal development efforts.
- Manage innovation in processes and systems, leveraging technology to enhance client performance.
Skills and Attributes Required to Apply for this role:
- Excellent client relationship management skills, gained through prior consulting roles or within large financial services / technology organisations
- Proven track record in relevant management and leadership roles in data centric projects and engagements in consulting industry
- Expertise in key Finance Regulatory reporting or Regulatory change programmes – for example knowledge of BCBS239, IReF, IFRS 9, SRB, Stress testing
- Understanding of finance processes, finance technologies and operating models and ability to bridge the language of both business and IT delivery.
- Minimum of 7+ years in delivering regulatory reporting or finance transformation programmes, with demonstrated experience of applying methodologies such as Prince2/ PMP/Agile.
- An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) applied in a financial institution would be beneficial
- Understanding of technology trends and implications on the Financial Services industry
- Strong communication skills, with experience of managing strategy material and presenting to key stakeholders.
- Experience of delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, supervise and develop others; effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines and plans; manage client expectations, and deliver quality projects.
- Experience with SQL, a range of data governance tooling, BI Tools and data platforms
