About Niamh

Niamh Tobin is the Aviation Finance Sector Leader. She has worked with EY since joining as a graduate in 2011, advising clients both locally and internationally.  Niamh has provided accounting advisory and transaction support to a range of clients within the Aviation Finance sector including lessors, airlines and manufacturers.

Niamh has advised a range of lessors on aircraft and engine specific related areas such as aircraft acquisition accounting including SLBs, impairment modelling and securitisations across IFRS and US GAAP. She has also supported airlines on their implementation of IFRS 16 and provided airline specific industry insights on various technical accounting matters. Niamh has considerable experience working on a range of aircraft and engine leasing audit clients and has led teams in relation to the issuance of comfort letters for various transactions.

Niamh is uniquely placed to advise and support on all aspects of a CFO’s agenda within Aviation Finance.

Niamh is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland.
