Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead workstreams and small to medium-sized engagement teams across risk, compliance, financial crime and fraud, controls and regulatory transformation projects.
- Manage delivery of regulatory implementation, financial crime and fraud risk remediation, controls transformation, risk framework and operating model engagements.
- Design practical risk frameworks, governance models, controls environments and target-state solutions.
- Lead client workshops, stakeholder interviews, status reporting and delivery governance activities.
- Support programme mobilisation, PMO, risk and issue management and implementation planning.
- Coach and develop Senior Consultants and junior team members through review, guidance and feedback.
- Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, credentials and proposition development.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Typically 6 to 10 years of relevant experience within Financial Services, consulting, risk, compliance, financial crime and fraud risk, controls, assurance or transformation environments.
- Experience leading workstreams and managing small to medium-sized project teams.
- Ability to convert regulatory, risk or controls requirements into practical delivery plans and client outputs.
- Strong written, analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to produce high-quality client deliverables.
- Confident stakeholder management across risk, compliance, operations, technology and business functions.
- Awareness of technology-enabled risk transformation and an interest in applying digital solutions to improve control and risk outcomes.
