His consulting background within the Financial Services sector in Ireland and Europe, combined with invaluable industry experience at two global Oil and Gas giants, BP and ExxonMobil, provides him with a unique perspective on managing complex transformation programs.

Florian holds a BA (Hons) degree in European Studies from the University of Portsmouth and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting his dedication to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
