Your Key Responsibilities:
- Work with a diverse group of tech strategy consultants on everything from digital strategy, CTO domain advisory, agile transformation, IT cost optimisation, technology operating model design through to applying digital across business operations.
- Problem solve based on interactions with business leaders to understand their technology challenges and objectives.
- Help tailor solutions that meet client goals and provide measurable benefits.
- Provide clients with insights on technology adoption and governance.
- Apply strategic planning and management frameworks to assist clients and decision making and sequencing of major technology investments.
- Contribute to the delivery of technology assessments, strategy development, and project execution.
- Uphold high standards in service delivery, following industry best practices.
- Assist in developing a strategic plan for EY’s Technology Strategy & Transformation team that complements the firm’s vision and market trends.
- Support the innovation process to enhance our technology strategy services.
- Encourage a culture focused on learning, performance, and knowledge sharing.
- Help identify potential opportunities and contribute to proposals for tech strategy services.
- Assist in building and nurturing client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Gain knowledge from tech strategy experts and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
- Lead the creation of thought leadership materials under guidance.
- Join forces with other practice areas to support comprehensive client solutions.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or IT advisory, with exposure to consulting or leadership roles.
- Experience working with a top consulting firm.
- Internships or work placements at leading consulting, financial services, or technology companies.
