Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for supporting engagements across the financial services clients in the delivery of change management, organisational design, engagement, business readiness, project management and supporting the FS people consulting practice.
  • Support and deliver essential artefacts such as Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, Impact Assessments, Resistance Management Plans, Organisational Structure Diagrams, and Performance Metrics to successfully lead change management and organisational design initiatives
  • Work as part of a client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Strong understanding of core business and finance operations gained through involvement/ delivery of projects
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability including logical reasoning, creative thinking, and the ability to untangle complex issues for improving existing business processes and workflows
  • Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their business goals, processes, and challenges, converting these insights into detailed functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders to collect and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories
  • Support EY’s service offerings, actively contributing to a diverse range of service deliveries
  • Innovate and develop creative solutions to client challenges, enhancing strategic and operational outcomes
  • Articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure stakeholder understanding
  • Maintain strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted client relationships, representing EY with professionalism and establishing credibility
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in People Consulting and Financial Services, and contribute to thought leadership within the firm. 
  • Work effectively within EY engagement teams and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and productive team environment

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience; applicants will preferably have prior consulting experience in a client facing role on large or complex transformation programmes in/for a Financial Services Organisation i.e. banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors etc.
  • Be degree qualified and have relevant people advisory professional experience
  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
  • Be able to influence clients and stakeholders to gain support for major changes and key decisions
  • Be pragmatic and resilient – taking a practical approach to solving issues and focused on achieving
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions
  • Be focused on achieving project / programme goals and objectives
  • Be experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leading support in delivering Change Management Plans, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication Strategies, Training Materials, and Performance Metrics to effectively lead change management and organisational design initiatives
  • Be experienced of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
  • Demonstrate professionalism and rapidly establish personal credibility.
